In 1973 a dream turned into reality, when our Group established Pakistan Motors in Defence Housing Authority, Karachi. In 1975, Pakistan Motors was appointed as 3S dealer by National Motors (3rd distributor of Toyota in Pakistan) and in 1987 we were appointed as 3S Toyota dealer by Pakistan Motor Car Company (4th distributor of Toyota in Pakistan).
In 1990, our family re-defined automotive service by establishing one of the largest 3S Toyota Dealership as Toyota Southern Motors acquiring 2 acre site in Korangi Industrial Area. The ground breaking was done by chairman Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Mr. S. Ezaki and the doors of Toyota Southern Motors were opened to public by Chairman Toyota Motor Company Mr. T. Toyoda in 1993. Toyota Southern Motors was capable to be a full service operation, offering sales, service, parts and collision repairs to the customers.
Keeping in view the fact that Toyota business had grown so much necessitated a move to open a new Toyota facility in the locality of Defence Housing Authority area. Therefore in 2000, the old facility of Pakistan Motors was renovated and converted with the name of Toyota Defence Motors. The growth of Toyota business continued and a separate site near existing Toyota Southern Motors was purchased in 2009 and Toyota Certified Used Vehicles division established in 2010.
The journey in lifetime of this Group is the story of passions and excellence in automobile industry of Pakistan.
