DOCUMENTS

1. Valid Insurance Policy (Name should tally with Registration Book)
2. Valid Vehicle Registration Book (Complete, only Running page not acceptable)
3. Valid Driving License
4. Copy of F.I.R (incase any part/item is stolen)
5. Copy of CNIC
6. Insurance Claim Form is filled, signed and stamped (By Insured)
7. Loss No. is provided (By Insurance)
8. Approval of Labor Charges (By Surveyor)
9. Approval of Parts to be replaced. (By Surveyor)
10. Price Verification of Parts & Consumables (By Surveyor)
11. Re-inspection is signed (By Surveyor)
12. Release letter from Insurance (By Surveyor)
13. Satisfaction Note signed and stamped (By Insured)
14. Deductible Amount/Voluntary Excess (VEOD) pain in Cash (By Insured)
15. Letter from Insurance Company regarding Waiver of Depreciation.
16. Approved Estimate (Corporate Client)
17. Work Order of approved amount from Corporate Client in the name of Toyota Southern Motors.
18. Parts Challan and Invoice with Suppliers name & signature (if applicable)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

19. Payment of depreciation amount in Cash
20. Cash Payment of additional jobs (Not approved by Surveyor)
21. Availability of Credit Balance (Corporate Client)
